Chef for more than 30 years, Claude Dubouloz run the Auberge d'Anthy and his four
groups inherited from his grandparents withCatherine, his wife, who conveys his passion
for food and wine during the meal.

At your disposal for the hotel and the seminar, Simon their son with the astonishing course
welcomes you in "his house".
